Induction Programme - Your Welcome to the Business
No matter which role you join in our business, you will receive a bespoke induction tailored to your needs, providing you with the opportunity to work and learn with people who are passionate about our brands to deliver the ultimate shopping experience on the high street.
Your induction programme will cover essential business elements to your specific role, but with tailor-made sections depending on your level of experience. This will be fully supported by your Line Manager and HR Department.
You will have regular reviews with your Line Manager to keep you on track with your progress including a 3 month review (with 360° feedback), 1:1 coaching sessions, development reviews and annual appraisals. These reviews will help you to understand your strengths and development areas to build into your Personal Development Plan.
We encourage you to take ownership for your own learning and development to reach your potential. On joining our business you will be given a book of competencies specific to your role and level. This will provide a framework of behavioural and technical statements relating to the competencies expected of you. Each level is progressive and viewed as a building block to the next level, highlighting specific areas for personal development.
