We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown for your country in the table above. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table above please contact our  Customer Services department.

Please note that all orders are shipped from the UK.

Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.

Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by local postal service so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Larger orders will be delivered by courier. The courier may leave your order with a neighbour. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the courier service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. A signature may be required for larger deliveries. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.

TRACKED AND FASTER DELIVERY

UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

7 Day Cool-Off Period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning the day following receipt of your order (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) affected and the delivery charges. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.



Alternatively, log in to your account and select 'Request a return' from the 'My Orders' section. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the 'Create return' link next to the order number. Please select the items you wish to send back to us with a reason for each. Once you click the 'Create Return' button you will be given a unique Returns Authorisation Number. International customers will not receive a pre-paid label and are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. International customers will not receive a prepaid label and are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 4-5 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from TOPMAN.COM. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Note: Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number. You will be unable to get a Returns Authorisation Code from the web if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items. Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for €20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

Returning Goods Which are of Unsatisfactory Quality or Unfit for Purpose
You can return these items to us using the returns label.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. As well as shipping to over 100 countries, we now have dedicated US, French and German sites! This means you can shop in your language and in your currency. Your account

If you already have a Topman.com account you’ll be able to log in using your existing username and password – it will be as though you’re logging in for the first time, so your account history will start from fresh. You can still access your old order information, but you’ll have to re-log in to the UK site to see them.

 

Delivery from our French and German sites

All orders to the France and Germany will now be processed through the relevant site – orders from our UK site will no longer offer delivery to these countries.

 

Making a return

If you’re not totally happy with your pieces, simply log in to your account on the site you placed the order on, and click Request a Return. Remember, if you placed your order on the UK site before our French and German sites launched, you’ll need to log back in to your account on the UK site to process a return.
