MOBILE TEXT UPDATES
You can also select to receive mobile updates on the progress of your delivery by entering your mobile number at checkout. On the day before delivery, our couriers will text you to advise an approximate time for when they will be delivering your order. If you wish to change this delivery day, please follow the instructions on the text. They will then send a text on the day of delivery confirming the delivery time.

NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY

If you have placed an order for nominated day delivery this will be delivered by our partner courier company Yodel.

 

We aim to deliver all main land UK nominated day orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 7pm Monday - Friday, or before 2pm on Sunday (GMT/BST).

 

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive and will not arrive on your nominated day. Deliveries to these areas will arrive within seven working days after the date nominated at the checkout. If you decide to have your parcel delivered to an alternative address, we may be able to change it provided the new address is within the same local area as the original address, although this service is not guaranteed.

 

If you select a nominated day delivery and include your mobile telephone number at the checkout, you will be notified on the day of delivery via a text message that your parcel will be delivered that day. You will also receive an email.

 

If you are not in when the courier initially tries to deliver your parcel and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card explaining that there was an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the parcel. The courier will leave a mobile phone number on the card so that you can arrange another delivery attempt, or arrange to collect your parcel from your local Yodel depot. To use this option, contact Yodel via its online tracking system or automated call system. Details of both can be found on Yodel’s website http://www.myyodel.co.uk/. You are required to give Yodel at least 24 hours advance warning if using this facility, so that your parcel can be readied for collection.  Opening times of your local Yodel service centre can be found on the delivery card that the courier will leave after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

 

Please note that for security reasons, you will need to present two forms of identification when collecting your parcel, one of each of the following:

 

1. Photographic (e.g. passport, driving licence)

2. Utility bill or similar, including name and address.

 

You can now order products online and collect them from Topman stores for FREE (or £3 for Express)! 

Simply select 'collect from store' at checkout and choose your nearest participating store. You can collect your order from most UK Topman and Outfit stores, as well as selected Topshop stores.

When do I have to order for next day delivery?

Next day delivery (via collect from store) is available on Monday to Friday and on Sunday.
Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Monday to Friday - place your order by 7pm for next day delivery
Saturday - next day delivery is not available; orders will be delivered on Monday
Sunday - place your order by 2pm for next day delivery

 

What is the collect from store returns policy?

We have the same returns policy for collect from store as in-store returns.
You can return your order within 28 days or receipt.
Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch.

We currently offer free Worldwide Standard Delivery on orders over £100.

If you can't find the country you live in on the drop down within our site selector tool at the top of the site, it unfortunately means that we do not deliver to where you live right now. UK CUSTOMERS
•    Standard Deliveries: visit Hermes Europe and enter your tracking code when prompted.
•    Nominated Day Deliveries: visit Yodel, and enter your tracking code when prompted.

If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order, and click on the 'tracking number' link under the order summary box. You will be directed to HDNL, Hermes Europe or Yodel where you can view the status of your order.

UK NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY

If you have selected a specific delivery day log on to http://www.myyodel.co.uk/ and use the tracking number provided in your despatch email or click the link in your despatch email. Please allow 24 hrs from receipt of the email before tracking your order. Our couriers will send you a text message to re-confirm the delivery day you selected. They will also send you a text on your actual day of delivery to advise an approximate delivery time, please note that your order can arrive at any time between 7am and 9pm on your Nominated Delivery Day, however, they can deliver later in the evening during busier periods. If you haven't got your tracking number, please contact Customer Services.



INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If your tracking number begins with RML, unfortunately, we are unable to track these parcels at present. Most parcels will reach their destination within two weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

UK RETURNS

UK customers have 3 options for returning orders, all of which are free:

  • Return to store
  • Return by post
  • Return with Collect Plus

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland can currently only make a return by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Topman stores outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Topman.com purchases. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on TOPMAN.COM that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. International TOPMAN.COM purchases can only be returned by post. Topman stores outside of the UK currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any TOPMAN.COM purchases, without exception. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

 

7 DAY COOL-OFF PERIOD

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning the day following receipt of your order (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) affected and the delivery charges. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

 

GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

 

RETURNING GOODS WHICH ARE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

You can return these items to us using the returns label. Alternatively you can return them to our UK or Republic of Ireland stores (excluding those in department stores).

 

 

 

RETURN TO STORE
Customers in the UK and EIRE can return items to their nearest store (excluding Department Stores).

 

PLEASE TAKE WITH YOU:
Your despatch note as proof of purchase.
The card used to complete your online purchase. If you are not the cardholder, they will need to be present to complete the instore return.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:
Returns in EIRE will be returned in Euros (€) by applying the Arcadia Group's current commercial exchange rate. Please note, all items that are part of our concession brand collections (i.e. marked with an * on your order confirmation) can only be returned to our website. Our stores will be unable to return these items for you.

All orders can be returned by post.

You will need to create a Returns Authorisation Number by following these steps:

 

   1. Log in to your account and select 'Request a return' from the 'My Orders' section.
   2. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the 'Create return' link next to the order number.
   3. Select the items you wish to return and click ‘Create Return’.
   4. Write your Returns Authorisation Number along with your name and address on the free-post returns label that was in your parcel.
   5. Attach the label to the your parcel and post it to us.

 

Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

 

Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete.

 

If you would like to receive your refund more quickly, please take the items to be returned to your nearest store where the refund will be processed for you.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from TOPMAN.COM. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

 



You can also return your order via the Collect+ service. Collect+ has parcel drop points in 3800 local convenience stores, open early 'til late and 7 days a week, so you can return items at a time and place that suits you.
   
Go through the same process detailed in our 'Returns by post' section to obtain your returns number. Write this and your order number onto the prepaid label inserted into your order. If you no longer have this leaflet,

Take your parcel to any of 3,800 local convenience stores offering Collect+ services. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

TO MAKE A RETURN:
   1. Log in to your account and select 'Request a return' from the 'My Orders' section.
   2. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the 'Create return' link next to the order number.
   3. Select the items you wish to return and click ‘Create Return’.
   4. Write your Returns Authorisation Number along with your name and address in the areas provided on the returns label that was sent to you with your delivery.
   5. Attach the label to the parcel and post it to us.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. Your account

If you already have a Topman.com account you’ll be able to log in using your existing username and password – it will be as though you’re logging in for the first time, so your account history will start from fresh. Delivery from our US site

All orders to the US are processed only through our US site.

 

Delivery from our French and German sites

All orders to the France and Germany will now be processed through the relevant site – orders from our UK site will no longer offer delivery to these countries.

 

Making a return

If you’re not totally happy with your pieces, simply log in to your account on the site you placed the order on, and click Request a Return.
