What should I enter in the delivery instructions field?
If there’s any useful information that we’ll need in order to get your order to the right place, you can enter it in the optional ‘delivery instructions field. This information will be available to the delivery driver.
When will my order arrive?
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).
Can I request my order be left in a safe place?
If you’d like us to leave your order in a safe place, please give us details in the ‘delivery instructions’ field on the Delivery page during checkout.
If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the following working days.
Can I arrange for my order to be re-delivered?
Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.
