    Vintage sportswear was a key influence in the creation of my lounge wear pieces, looking into 80s cut and sew as a point of reference and then using clean, modern colours to renew it and make it current.

    Covering this season’s key trends, the denim collection combines cut & sew techniques with a sports-luxe feel. The drop crotch skinny joggers give a relaxed slouchy feel to the range using a distinctively sporty fabric. The range combines a commercial mix of clean sophisticated styles with sportswear elements.

    A fresh take on short sleeve classics complements the sportswear trend which continues to have a strong presence. Mesh, luxe fabrics and cut 'n' sew create an exciting and innovative range. Here the staple polo shirt is reworked in a poly-tricot base with raglan mesh inserts.

    Checks are highlighted to be a key trend this year, so combining them with a flannel fabric has created a commercial and yet fresh take on the smart trouser. The checked stripe ties these trousers in with the sporty feel of the whole collection.

    This white shirt is based on the idea of styling smarts items with sportswear. The stepped hem gives a contemporary take on a classic piece and it can be styled with jogging bottoms or dressed up.

    The space dye effect on this shirt is an unexpected technique for a woven fabric, making it reminiscent of a jersey or knit and thus bringing a new dimension to the shirt.

    This updates a British classic with a simplistic silhouette, with clean lines and a new fabric interest for macs.

    Notably on AW13 catwalks new beanie shapes had been showcased, so to refresh the trend slightly this true-to-fit-shape will give the range a point of difference and refine the 'street' appeal. Think cool skull caps in the seasons most coveted brights.
