1. CARTOON-INSPIRED

Take your t-shirt cues from the SS15 menswear shows. This upcoming trend draws on retro animations and iconic motifs, as seen at Topman Design, Bobby Abley and Moschino, but you can get the look now with our cartoon-inspired tops.

3. CREEP IT REAL

It might not be until the end of the month, but it’s worth planning your Halloween outfit early. Will you go for a skeleton onesie – think Jake Gyllenhaal in Donnie Darko – or something more subtle, such as Frankenstein socks?

4. BFI FILM FESTIVAL

We all know there are only two types of films worth watching: those with massive war explosions and those about masked psychopathic killers. Luckily the BFI Film festival covers both (and many other lesser known genres, such as drama and comedy and action. Whatever they are).

This season, LTD pitches a tent on the foothills of Everest, taking print inspiration from the picturesque scenery of the mountains and combining it with the vintage style of the explorer.

8. BUY INTO BORG

We’re big fans of all things borg this season. Whether it’s glimpsed as a jacket lining or spotted as a contrast collar, we can’t get enough of the shearling-style fabric. It’s a trend that’s going to continue into spring – so get involved now!

10. NEW BRIGHTON STORE NOW OPEN

Brighton has a rich fashion history. It mainly chronicles dapper mods and grungy rockers kicking each others heads in on the beach, but damn did they look good. So it was inevitable that Topman would open a super store measuring 7,600 sq foot, located in the Churchill Square Shopping Centre. Well what are you waiting for?
