Our Retail Management offer is split into a number of streams.
Management Induction – when you start with us you will go onto an 8 week induction programme that will support you to build the essential technical skills as well as giving you time to get up to speed with your new store. You will work hand in hand with your Line Manager to build your induction so that it is uniquely tailored to your needs, taking in to account your skills and experience.
Development For All – we encourage you to take ownership of your learning and development to reach your potential. After you have completed your induction you will be able to design your own programme to support your ongoing development each year. This will be linked to your objectives through our Appraisal and review process. Every development you exploit will be rewarded with Learning Credits which support your career progression through our Brands.
Fast-Track – if you are looking to accelerate your career with us we offer a number of bespoke development programmes targeted at individuals recognised as high potential.
