The Recruitment Process
For Retail Management Positions your application will typically take a 3 stage process:
- First stage telephone screening
- 1:1 competency based interview or an assessment centre (involving a group exercise, 1:1 competency interview and presentation)
- 2nd interview and a commercial floor walk
For more senior store management roles there may be additional stages added as required.
