Training and Development 'A Place to Grow'
Elin Ekvall is a Deputy Manager in our Flagship store, and she has this to say about our learning and development offer:

One of our Back of House Branch Managers, Katie Brough, has this to say:
“I have worked for Topshop Topman 3 years in total. During this time I have attended various training courses. I started out on the management induction programme and am now on a senior manager development programme which is supporting me in leading and inspiring my team.
I have acquired skills that have been beneficial to my team and me. Some of the courses have been challenging to start with but have given me a great sense of achievement at the end.
