The Recruitment Process
For Head Office positions, your application will typically take the form of a two stage process:
- First stage interview with the brand HR team (1:1 competency-based interview or an assessment centre).
- Second stage interview with the recruiting line manager (typically involving a job-specific activity e.g. SWOT analysis, rail exercise, maths test etc).
We aim to keep you constantly updated throughout your application process and will give you feedback at all stages.
