Finance
The Finance team works across both TOPSHOP and TOPMAN looking after Retail, Buying and Merchandising and Central costs. The team provides an accurate, up to date financial picture of the brands which support and assist the senior management teams in making key decisions which will shape the overall strategy and direction of the brands. This entails planning, forecasting and reviewing, investment appraisal and ad hoc analysis.
