Every store within TOPSHOP TOPMAN aims to create the ultimate customer experience on the high street. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a big part in this.
We are looking for people who have pride, passion and energy, but mostly love TOPSHOP and TOPMAN! You will love to deliver the ultimate shopping experience for our customers. You will also be a team player, but able to work independently and will enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment.
On joining us you will have an Induction (from your first day and ongoing regular progress checks) so you can learn about TOPSHOP TOPMAN and working as a Sales Advisor in our business. To support you will have a buddy to answer your questions and make things easier for you when you are unsure or need some guidance.
There will be lots of opportunity to develop your skills and progress to the next level. Depending on your experience you will join us as a Standard, Advanced or Top Level Supervisor. There is the added incentive of a lump sum payment and pay review each time you move up to the next level!

HOW DO I APPLY?
Our stores are responsible for recruiting all of their store teams directly, with the exception of new store openings. If you are interested in working in one of our current stores you should contact the Store Manager directly who can advise you of current opportunities that are available.
To apply you should submit a CV and covering letter for the role you are applying for. The minimum age for Sales Advisors is 16 years old.
The only exception is our Oxford Circus Flagship store which accepts on–line applications for sales advisor positions. You can search now for current opportunities.

TOP LEVEL SUPERVISORS
Our Top Levels are an integral part of our store team successes. Your role will be varied and challenging but if you are looking to take your career further then this could be the role for you.
You will be a role model in everything you do, delivering the ultimate customer service and champion the TOPSHOP TOPMAN brand. Coaching and developing the team, you will deputise in the absence of management and assume key holder responsibilities in some of our stores. Your passion and energy will inspire others to achieve great store results.
As you become a key part of the store management team, you will build upon your commercial skills and decision making ability to help you become our future managers. VISUAL MERCHANDISING ASSISTANTS
As a Visual Merchandising Assistant you have creative flair to inspire our customers and create a buzzing atmosphere to set our stores apart from the rest of the High Street!
You will deliver a visually inspiring store through product merchandising, effective in-store displays and windows whilst maintaining our brand identity.
Depending on the store size, you may work as part of a larger visual merchandising team, or work with the store sales team to deliver and maintain visual excellence. Able to work as part of a team and also self-motivated, you will be able to work in a fast paced environment to deliver exciting displays to entice our customers!
